Ray Bloxom, Shop Director

• Putting the customer and relationships first, I'm proud to represent the team at Criswell Collision as the Director of the shop. I learned the ins-and-outs of collision repair after more than 11 years making sure the right parts are put on your vehicle, in line with our highest quality standards and those of the brands we service. Building on an innate understanding of Economics (Towson class of '07) I am dedicated to educating customers to empower them in what can be an uncomfortable and frustrating experience. Born and raised on the Eastern Shore, I lived in Annapolis since 2009 and look forward to getting to know you.

Kevin Marvin, Collision Center Manager

• I have been in the collision repair industry for more than 30 years and with the Criswell group since 2008. I focus on manufacturer repair certifications and the high standards they require. Constant technician training along with the best tools and equipment, ensure we get the job done right. We encourage a team culture and we all work together to be sure your repair experience is nothing short of excellent.

John Thompson, Shop Foreman

• I have been a technician in the collision repair industry for more than a decade and part of the Criswell team since 2021. I am passionate about training and a devotee of following manufacturer repair guidelines. In my role as foreman, I close the gap between the administrative side and production side, so that we can be sure your vehicle is returned to you the way it was intended by the builder.
